I have been training with Michael for approximately 5 years now. Training with Michael has been extremely fulfilling as he is so knowledgeable. he can always explain every movement we do as well as being super approachable and friendly.

With Michael I’ve managed to lose weight, gain a lot of strength, learn Olympic weightlifting, attend two international training camps and be a part of his amazing fit community of likeminded people. His programming is always really varied and specific to our needs. I train with Michael two times a week and they are my favourite training sessions of the week.
