STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ADULTS IN THEIR 30S, 40S, AND BEYOND, BUILT FOR THE LONG TERM
Build the strength that keeps you capable, active, and pain-free for the next 20 years, not just for summer.
Most of our clients begin strength training in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Not because they want to compete, because they want to still be doing the things they love at 65 and 70.
Structured strength training reduces injury risk, improves posture, protects joints, and keeps your metabolism working as you age. It is the single most effective thing you can do for long-term health. We build you a program around where your body is right now, and go from there.

REAL PEOPLE. REAL PROGRESS.
The people you see here started exactly where most new clients begin. Busy. Sore.
Unsure where to start. Here is what changed.
STRENGTH AND LONGEVITY
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. Most of our clients haven’t trained properly in years (some never have). We meet you at your current level and progress from there. Your first session is an assessment, not a workout you need to survive.
Yes. Programs are built around your body and what it can do safely. Your coach works with your injury history, so if your physio or specialist has given you guidelines, bring them.
No. The kind of training we do for adults over 40 builds usable strength, joint stability, and lean muscle. You will look and feel leaner, not bigger.
Most clients start with one session per week with their coach and one independent session at the studio. Two quality sessions a week is enough to make real, visible progress.
