My Story.

Being active and training is my life. I was always active as a kid. I did some Judo and Sambo when I was 7-8 yo, I also played lots of basketball until I was 19. I started practising Taekwondo in 1998 and never stopped ever since. I fell in love with TRX training in 2011 and I started training group TRX classes shortly after. Being active and understanding movement led me to becoming a Personal Trainer to help others find and continue their passion for training and fitness.
