My Story.

I grew up always playing sport and being interested in what the human body can achieve, which pursued me to complete my Bachelors in Sport & Exercise Science. During my studies and since completing I have worked with a multitude of clients from all age groups helping them transform their bodies with movement and nutritional guidance. 

I am now furthering my knowledge and starting a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Which I am hoping will improve my ability to become the best health professional I can be.
