With a passion for sport and fitness, growing up immersed in competitive sports including swimming, surf life saving, rugby union, and rugby league, I bring a performance-driven yet client-focused approach to personal training. My foundation in athletic development has shaped a training style centred on functional movement, strength, and long-term progress.
What I value most about being a trainer is working closely with individuals in the community—helping them set meaningful goals, stay accountable, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
