My Story.

My story started from a highschool kid going to the gym in the morning with my mates, we had very little idea what we were doing, but we had fun. Then I took myself to outdoor gyms and taught myself calisthenics (muscles ups/handstand walks) and really enjoyed being by the ocean. In the back end of 2016 my best friend and I decided we'd take up Crossfit, what could go wrong, right?

It ended up changing my life because being part of that community made turning up to training so enjoyable and I was offered a coaching role if I did my studies, so off I went. Completed my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer course in 2018 and Certificate III & IV at TAFE NSW in 2019 and since 2020 I've been a full time 1 on 1 personal trainer and have woken up every morning since loving what I do.

The theme of my passion for health and fitness is no matter what I did I found it fun and enjoyable, and that's what I do for all my clients, and possibly you too! We'll lift heavy ass weights, do cool shit, and if you want to enjoy every moment along the way, don't be afraid to reach out to me, let's make 2022 all about U.!
